What You See Is NOT What You Get.
You see saccadic glimpses,
each obscuring all the rest,
unless an open and receptive mind
assembles a universe
from remembered fragments:
near, far,
before, behind, above, below, around,
microscoped, telescoped, X-rayed,
recorded, streamed and screened,
inward eyes probing elusive meaning
with suggestive word,
plausible phrase,
convincing story
of what was and is
and yet may be.
What You Get Is MORE Than What You See.
Always.
Look again.
